REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW

1. NO EXCHANGES
   We do not offer exchanges, so please ensure you select the correct size, design, and colour before completing your purchase. You can check our size chart here for accurate measurements.
    

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
   If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us here within 30 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a description of the problem. If the product is deemed faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
    

3. INCORRECT ORDERS
   If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at here within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the received item, and we will arrange for a replacement.
    

4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

   • Refunds are not provided for buyer errors such as selecting the wrong size, colour, or design.

   • Items returned without prior contact will not be processed.
      

5. RETURN PROCESS
   If a return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send the item. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The return address can also be found on the packing slip included with your package.

Please note that these addresses are for product returns only. Any notices, letters, or other correspondence sent to these addresses will be returned to the sender.
